The ingredients needed to cook Gingerbread Granola:
  1. Prepare 40 g Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter
  2. Use 50 g Coconut oil
  3. Provide 40 g Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have)
  4. You need 150 g Nuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin)
  5. Take 250 g Jumbo oats
  6. Get 100 g Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat…)
  7. Get Extra spices (Nutmeg / Ginger / Cinnamon) (if you're feeling spicaaay).
Steps to make Gingerbread Granola:
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan.
  2. Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray.
  4. Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine.
  5. Bake for around 40 minutes, turning halfway…
