  1. Prepare 4 tbsp homemade curd
  2. Get 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  3. Take 1 small cucumber chopped into small cubes
  4. Provide to taste Rock salt

  6. Provide 1/4 tsp roasted pepper and cumin powder

  1. Homemade curd: boil 2 cups milk. Let it cool till u can comfortably put your finger in it. Pour in the container u want to set.(Use clay pot preferably.) Add 2tbsp curd (from market). Stir gently. Let it sit overnight in a warm place on kitchen counter. It will be set by morning.
  2. Raita: Take curd in a bowl and whisk till no lumps are there. Add salt, sugar, raita masala, rock salt, roasted cumin and pepper powder. Mix well.
