- Cream margarine and sugar till its fluffy.
- Whisk eggs to fume, sieve flour,nutmeg,baking powder,soak fruits in squadron.
- Add one portion of egg fume to the cream,add flour mixture and fold gently continue till the flour and egg is exhausted.
- Add fruits and flavor and continue to fold.
- Grease pan and dust with flour. Bake in a preheated oven of 360 degree for 1hour 30 minutes.
- Fondant icing;Seive icing sugar into a clean bowl and add CMC
- Measure 20 spoons of hot water add to it gelatin turn till its completely dissolved.
- Add glucose to the gelatin and dissolved completely too.
- Pour hot water mixture and glycerin to the icing sugar knead till its even and soft.
- Prepare cake board, mount cake on board and grease cake with margarine.
- Knead plain icing sugar to a thin sheath and cover the cake. Divide the remaining into two portions add pink color to one part and electric green to the second part.
- Form a dress with pink color and a bow tie with green place on cake as desired.
- Finally form round balls and place round the base of the cake.
