  1. Prepare 125 gms Walnut
  2. Provide 1/2 cup Milk powder
  3. You need 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. Get 3/4 cup Fresh milk
  5. Use 4 tbsp Ghee
  6. Get 2 tsp Elaichi powder

  1. Take walnuts grind it into powder. Take ghee in a kadai roast this walnut powder for 3 mins.

  3. Gradually it will turn semisolid then frothy then starts taking shape and stops sticking to the vessel.it will take 25 min.
