- Get 250 gms Green Moong Daal

- Pour little oil over hot tawa. when hot just rub the tawa with a piece of tissue.
- Pour one small bowl of batter over tawa and spread it like dosa. sprinkle little oil on sides.

- Make batter of Gram flour add ajwain salt red chilli coriander in this batter.. take bread slices and dip into this batter. deep fry in oil.
