- You need 4-5 Colocassia leaves 4-5
- You need 1/2 cup Water chestnuts flour
- Take 1/2 cup sama rice flour
- Get 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste

- Turn the leaves back side and apply batter.
- Put another leaf on it and repeat it up-to four leaves layer.

- Steam it for 15-20 minutes.

- In a pan add oil, cumin, seasame seeds, chopped chilli and curry leaves.
