- Take 1 watermelon
- Use 1 bowl basmati rice
- You need 1/4th chopped cauliflower
- Get 1/4 chopped carrot
- Get 1 chopped onions

- Take 2 chopped green chillies

- Take one full watermelon. Now cut it on top making two parts and scoop out the middle portion. Then prepare the juice from scoop out watermelon.
- Now cook the basmati rice. Cooked it till half boil and drain the water. Then boil the green peas separately and keep it ready.
- In the meantime in a pan add oil. Let it heat. Then add chopped chillies and onions. Now add chopped veggies. Add salt & sugar and fry it for few minutes.
- Cover the pan and allow to cook the veggies for few more minutes. Once it cooked then add half boil rice. Then add watermelon juice.
