The ingredients needed to make Watermelon Halwa:
  1. Take 1 big bowl watermelon pieces
  2. Provide 3 tsp corn flour
  3. Provide 2 tsp sugar
  4. Use 1/2 tsp cardamom wder
  5. Prepare 6 tsp ghee
  6. Get 2 tsp dry fruits
  7. Use 2 tsp melon chopped finely
Steps to make Watermelon Halwa:
  1. Grind melon pieces.
  2. Add corn flour,sugar and grind again.
  3. Seive the juice and heat a spoon of ghee in a pan add juice to itand stir continuously.
  4. After 5,7min it thickens add ghee and continue stirring when it starts leaving sides of pan add cardamom powder,1/2 of dry fruits and melon pieces and mix it.
  5. Grease plate and pour the halwa and let it cool and keep in fridge for 2 hours. Take cut into shapes and serve.
