- You need 1 rump steak from supermarket packaging
- Provide 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Take 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Get 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Prepare For Shoyu Dressing :
- Take 1/2 onion
- Provide 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- Prepare 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Take 1 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- Provide 1 Tbsp sugar
- Get 1 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- You need 1/2 lemon
- Provide 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

- Provide 2 handful peppery green (am using rocket, watercress and spinach salad bag)
- Prepare 2 red radishes
- Use 1/2 cucumber
- Get 1/2 avocado
- Use 6 cherry tomatoes

- Pat dry the steak with paper towel. Sprinkle both sides generously with sea salt and black pepper
