- You need Half a block firm tofu
- Use 3 cloves smoked garlic
- Get Teaspoon minced ginger
- You need 100 g wood dry wood ear mushrooms
- Use 4 tablespoons japanese light soy sauce
- Get 3 teaspoons wasabi paste
- You need 1 tablespoon sake
- Provide 1/4 cup dashi stock
