- Coarsely chopped the walnut not too big and not too fine…make sure you get the right size for making the halwa
- Roast the walnut halwa for that take 3tbsp of ghee in a pan, roast the walnut for 7-10 mins to a beautiful rich brown colour then add 150gms of unsweetened khoa..mix it well add 500ml milk..cook this on medium flame till the milk is reduced for about 15-20mins
- Add 1 Cup of sugar.. mix it well and cook it till it become thick in the end add 1 tbsp of ghee and 1tsp cardamom powder.
- The walnut halwa is done..turn off the flame and it aside now we will prepare the rabdi
- Take 250ml of milk, for the saffron milk take some warm milk add a little saffron to it and leave it aside
