  1. You need 2 kg watermelon's waste part (white part of watermelon)
  2. Take 300 grms sugar
  3. Provide 3 cups water
  4. Get 15-20 drops vanilla extract
  5. Use few drops of food colours- Red, green and yellow

  1. First remove the red and green part of watermelon, then chop it into small pieces.
  2. In a big pan boil the watermelon peices in 5 cups of water for 5-6 minutes or cook until the watermelon cubes turn semi transparent. After that strain it and keep it aside.
  3. Add 3 cup of water and 300 grms sugar in a pan and boil it, when sugar is desolved in water then add semi cooked watermelon pieces in it.
  4. Boil it for about 20 minutes and stir it in between or until watermelon cubes turn soft and become completely transparent. Then turn off the flame.
  5. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract in it and mix it well. Then divide the cooked watermelon cubes into 3 parts along with sugar syrup.
  6. Add few drops of red, yellow and green food colour to each part of this and mix it well and soak it for 6-7 hours.
  7. When it absorbs all the colours, then drain it, and spread it into a plate and dry them under sunlight or under room temperature till tutti frutti completely dries it.
